Office hours of the District Clerk of Hartley County are 8:00 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday.

 

A search of the District Criminal Court or Civil Court index can be made after receiving a written request and a $5.00 fee per name/per court.  One name searched in the civil and criminal index is $10.00.

Hartley County has a fax filing plan which allows you to file your original petition and subsequent documents by fax. Fees, if any are due, must be paid at the time of filing. Hartley County contracts with Official Payments Corporation (OPC), at http://www.officialpayments.com , for your convenience. All major credit cards are accepted by OPC.
