Office Policies:

Offices hours of the District Clerk of Hartley County are Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday.  We close for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. daily

Hartley County District Clerk has the following office policies:

Passport Applications must be filed by 3:00 p.m. We accept applications five days a week. Routine Passport Applications are $75.00 payable to the Dept. of State, and $25.00 for the District Clerk. Expedited applications add $60.00, plus two-way overnight delivery.

Hartley County has a fax filing plan which allows you to file your original petition and subsequent documents by fax. Fees, if any are due, must be paid at the time of filing. Hartley County contracts with Official Payments Corporation (OPC), at http://www.officialpayments.com , for your convenience. All major credit cards are accepted by OPC.
