Duties & Responsibilities of the COUNTY TREASURER from the Texas Association of Counties.
The Comptroller of Public Accounts launched the Texas Comptroller Leadership Circle program in December 2009 to recognize local governments across Texas that are strivintg to meet a high standard for financial transparency online. Hartley County was recognized with a Gold Award which highlights those entities that are setting the bar in their transparency efforts.
